In an homage to Ernest Hemingway's The Old Man and the Sea, Benjamin's Kitchen is dabbed in fluffy whites and mystic greys. Dreamy illuminated clouds dangle from ceilings to create a calm, immersive dining experience. As delightful as the décor, is the food. Our all-day menu stays true to the core of Asian cuisine, thoughtfully prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients and refined with modern techniques. Each dish reflects Benjamin’s Cantonese heritage, combining tradition with creativity to deliver flavours that are familiar, elevated, and deeply satisfying. Expect honest Asian cooking, made with care, precision, and respect for quality produce.
